On the menu we had Jalapeño Poppers (with the biggest poppers I've ever seen!), Chili Con Carne Nachos, Chicken Enchiladas and for dessert: deep fried Mexican Cheesecake! Some photo so you can see what we made:
I ordered some of the jalapenos for Hungry Hubby's lunch box (we both love poppers and these really are the best) and will be doing the Chili in baked tortilla cups soon. We had so much fun we're already booking our next class! If only we could decide between Italian and Indian...
